The rising usage of fossil fuels increases greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, leading to global climate change. Thus, addressing environmental challenges requires a widespread switch from renewable energy. Renewable energy reduces GHG extreme weather, and change while boosting efficiency. Indonesia ranks among Asia-Pacific's top five producers. Indonesia, vast country with abundant natural resources, has seen rise in demand as consumption increased. this study examines Indonesia's sustainable technologies' existing position, possibilities, future improvements. With 420 gigawatts (GW) theoretical capacity, great potential. This capacity includes 208 GW solar, 75 hydro, 61 wind, 33 biofuel, 24 geothermal, 19 micro-hydro. need increase is driven by economic growth laws. review expected guide research on technology Indonesia. would energy-related policies, particularly ones, meet demands goals.

Owing to increased energy consumption, the growth of various sectors economies has tendency increase carbon dioxide emissions, a major component greenhouse gases that causes climate change and global warming. A suggested panacea is development usage renewable which cleaner emits less dioxide. In this study emission effect in agricultural sector, industrial service sector assessed. It goes on analyse moderation role sectoral growth-carbon emissions nexus. Using data from 32 African countries for period 2002–2021, finds expansion exerts upward pressure region while reduces emissions. Furthermore, interacts with reduce their impact opposite observed sector. Other findings are trade openness, urbanization income The recommends need remove financial impediments constrain firms operating economies. This will enhance acquisition efficient technologies operations order Also, governments should support adoption energy. Incentives be introduced "lure" adopt Imposition heavy tax whose cause higher may help ensure becomes environmentally friendly.

Forests have the most biodiversity and provide vital ecosystem services. They offer numerous forest-related services, some of which can be commercialized. This improves social, cultural, health, scientific life. Nonmarketable intangible services are discounted because people think they're endless free. Humans changed natural social worlds through using resources improving well-being. Public private decision-makers often compete over capital. The loss biodiversity, climate change, global warming interconnected with development ensuring an acceptable level well-being for majority humanity, making it difficult a single, individual approach to estimating value these goods generate support decisions policies in complex areas. complexity products requires integrated assessment cutting-edge technologies approaches pluralist framework heterogeneous values. evaluation should encompass costs benefits several commodity service applications. These usage' effects on economic, cultural advancement also crucial. extensive thorough enthronization ecosystems affect amount quality services; thus, is quantify complicated inverse effect from civilization nature. Studies show that incorporating sustainability sciences into integrative may environmental policy future.

Iceland has set a target of becoming carbon neutral by the year 2040, and this study looks into role that economic growth, renewable energy use, technological innovation could play in getting them there. The Dynamic Ordinary Least Squares (DOLS) technique was used to analyze time series data from 1990 2021. According results DOLS estimation, one-percentage-point increase growth is associated with 0.39% CO2 emissions. Furthermore, increasing use 1% related reduction emissions 1.46 percent over long run, as indicated coefficient being negative statistically significant. calculated long-run technical significant, suggesting 0.02% empirical show Iceland's economy grows, so do its emissions, but country may get closer objective neutrality through growing innovation. Alternative estimators, such fully modified least squares (FMOLS) canonical cointegrating regression, not significantly affect estimated (CCR). pairwise Granger causality test employed capture causal relationship between variables. In order for reach article offers policy ideas centered on low-carbon economy, promotion sources, financing progress.
