Objective: This secondary analysis examined the feasibility and acceptability of a novel peer coaching model designed to improve adherence an online self-help program based on Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), called ACT Guide. Participants: All participants (N = 152) coaches were undergraduate students attending same university. Methods: Participants instructed use Guide for 10 wk randomly assigned receive weekly through either phone calls or text messaging. Results: We found our be feasible delivery via text, however varied widely. Phone performed significantly better than format. Conclusions: Our results support using with college student population, particularly when delivered calls. However, was only acceptable subset students, potentially due differences in level need individual preferences.
