Tackling the impact of missing data in water management is crucial to ensure reliability scientific research that informs decision-making processes public health. The goal this study ascertain root causes associated with cyanobacteria proliferation under major scenarios. For purpose, a dynamic methodology proposed using Bayesian Machine Learning for accurate surface quality prediction river from Limia basin (Spain). used entails sequence analytical steps, starting pre-processing, followed by selection reliable value system, leading finally supervised analysis behavioral patterns exhibited cyanobacteria. that, total 2,118,844 points were used, 205,316 (9.69 %) values identified. machine learning testing showed iterative structural expectation maximization (SEM) as best performing algorithm, above imputation (DI) and entropy-based methods (EBDI), enhancing some cases accuracy imputations approximately 50 % R2, RMSE, NRMSE, logarithmic loss values. These findings can how on being processed studied, thus, opening door more strategies better inform health decisions.
