Post-secondary mental health has reached crisis levels. Students attending post-secondary institutions such as universities, colleges, and trade schools are facing higher rates of negative symptoms than before the pandemic, have a prevalence illnesses found in general population. Barriers to accessing support prove be major obstacle for students—many whom do not seek professional help when they need it. This is particularly poignant within marginalized student populations who face illness well intersecting barriers support. Examples include cultural norms, chronic stress related ongoing discrimination, language barriers. Digital therapy presents novel method delivering increasing accessibility students need. Mental issues among students, care that facing, specific digital platforms increase outlined this article.

Patient satisfaction is crucial in mental healthcare and its impact on treatment outcomes. Despite the global burden of disorders, there are limited research client satisfaction, especially Ghana. This study aimed to investigate factors influencing patient with health care Tamale Metropolis. A multicentre cross-sectional was conducted involving 382 service users selected facilities metropolis. semi-structured questionnaire adapted from Patients Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ-18) used collect data patients' service. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 both descriptive inferential analysis done. Overall, 54.7% satisfied received. Participants aged 20–29 years those 50–59 significantly less likely be compared participants below years. Residents peri-urban (AoR = 0.03; 95% CI 0.01–0.19) rural areas 0.02; 0.00–0.16) report than urban residents. Unmarried 0.73; 0.01–0.77) uneducated 0.76; 0.01–0.91) Financial long waiting times associated decreased satisfaction. Access challenges, perceived provider attentiveness, stigma within further reduced odds. There a fundamentally favorable level reception for treatments, as evidenced by fact that over half them. The findings indicate still more room improvement, when it comes tackling systemic barriers demographic variations improve overall experiences.
