Abstract Crystal morphology of metal oxides in engineered metal-biochar composites governs the removal phosphorus (P) from aqueous solutions. Up to our best knowledge, preparation bio-assembled MgO-coated biochar and its application for P solutions kitchen waste fermentation liquids have not yet been studied. Phytoremediation can help remediate potential toxic elements (PTE) in soil. Microorganisms and soil amendments are effective means to improve the efficiency of phytoremediation. This study selected three microorganisms that may promote phytoremediation, including bacteria (Ceratobasidium), fungi (Pseudomonas mendocina), arbuscular-mycorrhizal (AMF, Funneliformis caledonium). The effects single or mixed inoculation on phytoremediation Paspalum vaginatum Pennisetum alopecuroides were tested under different degrees cadmium-contaminated (low 10 mg/kg, medium 50 high 100 mg/kg). results showed AMF Pseudomonas mendocina could significantly increase biomass two plants soil, growth-promoting effect was better than mendocina. Phytoremediation is one of the cheapest and most widely used technologies for stabilizing extracting pollutants from contaminated sites. Recently, a variety solutions, such as use different elements, compost, nanoparticles, microorganisms, etc., have been explored improving accelerating phytoremediation process. Biochar has also gained attention its affordability, abundance, ability to improve soil structure plant morpho-physiology biochemistry, lack environmental hazards, etc. As first step, this study aimed provide an overview biochar’s properties, operation by identifying method production examining differences between types biochar. Following that, various factors that pollute environment, influence biochar on efficiency was explored. Also, in study, attempt made examine effect combination with other pollutants, well residues biochar, so future research can be planned based results obtained.
