The ubiquitous mechanical and thermal damage in extreme environments puts new demands on protective equipment. At the same time, with continuous development of electronic equipment, electromagnetic hazards information leakage risks are increasing, so equipment force/thermal/magnetic protection performance needs to be developed urgently. Herein, a shear thickened composite aerogel (MS) host-guest structure is by two-step reinforcement process involving unidirectional freeze casting ultrasonic assisted penetration thickening fluid (STF). An interweaved skeleton established introducing MXene nanosheets, thus improving stability. Moreover, MS further reinforced obtained through synergetic enhancement STF, which achieves high compressive strength (570 kPa) superior impact resistance (80% dissipation). Meanwhile, shows reliable heat insulation flame retardant ability, total release as low 4.8 kJ g-1. Furthermore, demonstrates an efficient shielding 45.5 dB at extremely load 0.43 wt%. As result, this functionally integrated proving competitive candidate for damage, threats interference complex environments.
