The optimization of CuNi2Si1 alloy's mechanical and electrical properties was achieved through a combination experimental approaches metaheuristic algorithms. Optimizing hardness conductivity variation in aging temperature (450-600 °C) duration (1-420 min) taken under consideration the present work. Cold rolling with 50% strain after solution annealing aided microstructure refinement accelerated Ni2Si precipitates' development, property improvement increased. Optimum holding period were 450 °C 30 min, respectively, 266 HV 13 MS/m 167 11.2 for non-deformed samples, respectively. SPBO, genetic algorithm (GA), particle swarm (PSO) algorithms considered, SPBO exhibited best prediction accuracy. predicted 61.75 testing 267 14 MS/m, Polynomial regressions 0.98 0.96 values R2 confirmed these values' According to this work, computational proves effective optimizing development tailoring application industries including aerospace engineering.
