This paper explores relationships between recent developments in the fields of mobilities, futures, and postdigital studies. The article covers six main themes: questions their histories; definitions; research methods ethics; nature ownership knowing learning; understandings time, space, identity, community, relationships; political processes legitimacy. was written three steps. In first step, leading author (John Traxler) has identified relevant themes. second proponents each position have freely responded to themes (futures studies, Stuart Connor; theory, Sarah Hayes Petar Jandrić; John Traxler). third responses been collectively (re)mixed edited, identifying complementary conflicting concepts ideas. initiated a month before outbreak Covid-19 pandemic, it completed over one half years later. Thusly, analyses included pandemic experience without explicitly focusing pandemic. concludes with drawing together contributions, seeking underlying commonalities differences, looking for trends, convergence, change. Epistemically, positions discussed this are far from commensurable. Yet they compatible complementary, dialogue, sense that all need others' inputs on road better understanding our current condition, future.
