Abstract To verify the reliability of biceps curl test in children and adolescents to provide reference values according chronological age sex. A total 1103 schoolchildren aged 6 17 years (500 boys 603 girls) were evaluated. Weight height evaluated Body Mass Index (BMI) Tri Ponderal (TPI) calculated. The right left hand was 30 seconds. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact listening classical music on functional (upper and lower body strength, mobility aerobic endurance) cognitive (attentional capacities working memory (WM)) performances in women aged between 50 60 years old.
