Purpose
The
purpose

paper

industrialization

Low-carbon
pilot
policies
are
essential
for
the
green
transformation

resource-based
cities,

This
research
article
examines
the
Japanese
government's
support
policies
during
COVID-19
pandemic.
The
government
implemented
macroeconomic
measures,
including
monetary
and
fiscal
policies,

mitigate
pandemic's
adverse
effects

successes,
economy
continues
face
significant
challenges,

as
slow
growth,

large
budget
deficit,
rising
public
debt,

long-term

inflation
has

workers'
wages
have
stagnated,
creating
financial
hardships
for
many
households.
Rapid
population
aging
further
undermines
social
security
