Abstract Objectives Pertussis remains a pressing public health concern in the Philippines despite being vaccine‐preventable. The resurgence of disease, driven by waning immunity, vaccine hesitancy and erratic outbreaks, underscores need for innovative surveillance methods. Thus, this study intends to create predictive model potential risk areas pertussis outbreaks using bioclimatic variables. Methods This employs maximum entropy algorithm predict based on 19 occurrence data reported cases were obtained from two sources: National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council, covering 30 March–11 June 2024, Weekly Epidemiological Surveillance Report, spanning 1 January–12 October 2024. Results Key variables such as Mean Temperature Wettest Quarter (BIO8), Precipitation (BIO16) Driest (BIO17) identified significant predictors. revealed high‐risk concentrated northern Luzon, particularly Central Luzon (Region III), major coastal Ilocos I), Capital Region, MIMAROPA IV‐B), an isolated area Bicol V). performance indicates excellent accuracy (AUC = 0.972). Conclusion findings highlight how climatic factors shape distribution through anthropogenic means (e.g., higher humidity increases chances acquiring respiratory problems), providing framework eco‐epidemiological assessment. approach enhances targeted intervention planning, resource allocation, early warning systems, resource‐limited settings like Philippines. role Maximum Entropy addressing re‐emerging diseases, contributing sustainable preparedness mitigation strategies tropical regions given that there is currently no
