Meso- and extremophilic microalgae cyanobacteria have a wide range of biotechnological applications. However, the industrial demand for bioactive molecules redundancy these has resulted in need new methodologies enhanced production discovery specialized metabolites. Co-cultivation been established as promising approach to addressing challenges. In this context, work aimed describe state art co-cultivation method involving meso- photosynthetic microorganisms, well discuss advantages, challenges, limitations approach. Promising results regarding metabolite expression increased through co-cultivation-based research support that idea. In this study, the effects of potential application digestate as an agricultural fertiliser obtained from anaerobically digested microalgae treated by three pretreatment methods, namely alkaline hydrogen peroxide (AHP), high temperature and pressure (HTP), hydrodynamic cavitation (HC) on some properties soil, wheat growth yield were investigated. For purpose, pretreated digestates alone or together with diammonium phosphate (DAP) a chemical applied to soil for growth. The highest dosage AHP combined half dose DAP was rich in nutrients 0.25%N 7.19 mg kg−1 compared all groups. soils enhanced applying (0.06 g kg−1) DAP. 0.02 HC also greatly improved nitrogen use efficiency indices up 104%. soils' enzyme activities increased experiments either raw digestates. β-glycosidase, phosphatase, urease 1.38 pNP g−1 4.91 2.27 NH4-N 100 respectively digestate. did not have toxic effect growth, it determined that processes cause significant changes plant height wet dry weight.

Bu çalışmada Mısır (Zea mays L.) ve mercimek (Lens culinaris Medik) gelişimi üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla, Bazı Şanlıurfa baraj göllerinde yoğun olarak bulunan Microcystis viridis Aphanizomenon gracile ’in karışık kültürünün farklı dozlarının etkisi araştırılmıştır. Siyanobakteri karışımından hazırlanan dozlar, topraklara püskürtülerek uygulanmıştır. Kök uzunluğu bakımından mercimekte % 2’lik doz mısırda 1 uygulama dozu sırasıyla %92 %60 daha etkili bulunmuştur. karışımının bitki boyu artışında kontrole göre 70 %42 görülmüştür. Yeşil aksam ağırlıkları bakımından, uygulanan mısır mercimek, %164 %30 kuru ağırlığında ise her iki bitkinin 680 139 okluğu tespit edilmiştir.
