Selenium (Se) is an essential trace element for human health, but selenium deficiency widespread worldwide. In this study, we investigated the effects of uptake, grain morphology, and antioxidant enzyme activities in three wheat varieties, including Huamai 1168 (high gluten), 2152 (medium Wanximai 0638 (low by foliar spraying bio-nano-selenium at early flowering stage wheat. The nutrient solution was a patented product microbial fermentation (Patent No. 201610338121.6) independently developed our team, with pure concentration 5000 mg/kg. results showed that total content all varieties increased 1843.52%, organic 2009.87%, showing highest content. After treatment, CAT activity decreased varieties; POD SOD tendency to increase then decrease; MDA proline increased; GSH fluctuated during filling period. Overall, enhanced improved plants' ability cope environmental stresses. terms agronomic traits, positively affected plant height (12.63% on average), effective spike number (17.24% spikelet (17.81% had limited effect morphology. addition, not only soil also promoted uptake hydrolyzed nitrogen, phosphorus, fast-acting potassium, sulfate summary, expected be tool biofortification wheat, which significantly increases grains improves yields, stress tolerance, fertilizer utilization, providing potential through dietary solutions, while contributing sustainable development agriculture.
