Abstract In response to the growing global energy and water resource demands, researchers have been exploring innovative solutions. Inspired by Callistemon viminalis trend of multifunctional structures, a novel aluminum‐based rotational structure with spine array has developed efficiently collect fog generate energy. This advanced features 360° distribution spines curvature gradient superhydrophobic surface, enabling omnidirectional collection while harnessing motion produce electricity. It achieves an impressive rate 9000 mg·cm −2 ·h −1 , electrical output 0.62 V 7.2 mA at flow speed 7 mph. Compared untreated pure aluminum sheet, its efficiency enhanced 87.5%. Furthermore, this demonstrates excellent durable performance after multiple uses, ensuring practical application. Therefore, innovation paves way for more effective collection, offering valuable insights sustainable production resources.
