Soil microorganism is one of the most important factors in evaluating and improving soil quality because they play a crucial role material circulation. They are closely correlated with environmental factors, particular, pH has significant impact on microbial community. This study aimed to examine relationship between communities orchard Republic Korea. Microbial 63 sites neutral (pH 6 - 7) 26 acidic 3 5) were analyzed targeting 16S rRNA ITS genes through Illumina Miseq platform. Our analyses showed that bacterial richness diversity fungal significantly higher than those (p < 0.001). According PCoA PERMANOVA, different two groups, ANCOM-BC high abundance 16 15 genera soil. Lastly, 9 genera, including Terrimonas, Povalibacter Gp taxa, identified as hub have other taxa These results indicated critical determinant can serve an indicator monitoring evaluation.Network analysis discover bacteria (A) fungi (B) ranges.

Abstract Rampant caries is identified by rapid onset, severe decay affecting multiple surfaces, and early pulp infection. This case–control study was conducted to investigate the disparities in oral microbiota between children affected rampant their caries-free counterparts. A total of 88 preschool children, with matched distribution sex age both case control groups, participated this study. Children’s health–related behaviors were reported parents, salivary pH levels assessed using a portable pen-type meter, supragingival dental plaque analyzed 16S rRNA gene sequencing. Children exhibited lower levels, poorer toothbrushing habits, more frequent consumption sugary snacks. Veillonella , enriched showed positive correlation negative candy consumption. Conversely, Fusobacterium Neisseria abundant caries, positively correlated frequency Furthermore, Streptococcus mutans Porphyromonas gingivalis Bacteroides acidifaciens as potential microbiome markers for differentiating preschoolers from peers. B. typically found gut, has been rarely field health. More well-designed cohort studies are recommended elucidate mechanisms through which gut influences pediatric patients offer insights into effective strategies management young children. Key points • Lower caries. Biomarkers predicting Impact on microbiota.

Microorganisms play a crucial role in biogeochemical cycling within wetland ecosystems. Soil-environment-mediated seasonal changes microbial structure require further investigation. However, the factors driving variations abundance and diversity Daihai wetlands remain unclear. This study employed high-throughput sequencing technology to examine bacterial community lakeshore zone of across different seasons explore influence factors. The results indicated that Pseudomonadota Bacteroidota dominate spring increases summer, while organic-matter-decomposing microorganisms (e.g., Actinobacteriota Bacteroidota) autumn. Microbial indices significantly greater than summer autumn (p < 0.05). Changes environmental variables were strongly associated with changes, total nitrogen, ammonium soil moisture content being identified as potential key influencing trends. Furthermore, assembly is driven by both stochastic processes selection, suggesting abundant nutrients organic matter promote diversity. findings this provide theoretical basis for ecosystem restoration conservation.
