Introduction The relationships among microelements and soil microbial communities are essential for understanding the maintenance of soil's ecological functions their effects on fruit quality in orchards. However, these have not been adequately studied, despite importance growth microorganisms plants. Methods To address this research gap, we investigated (K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu), diversity composition microbiomes, loquat Results We found that explained more variations community structures than geographic position, basic properties, macroelements, with 19.6–42.6% bacterial, 4.3–27.7% fungal, 5.9–18.8% protistan genera significantly correlated microelements. Among microelements, AMg ACu were most influential determining microbiome. microbes exhibited varied threshold values environmental breadth broadest range narrowest AZn. Additionally, showed significant phylogenetic signals all an increasing divergence dominant assembly shifted from homogeneous selection to stochastic, then heterogeneous selection. Moreover, microbiome top two factors individually explaining 11.0 11.4% variation, respectively. Discussion These results highlight microelement fertilization orchard management provide scientific guidance improving quality.
