Immunotherapy holds significant promise for cancer treatment. However, the highly immunosuppressive nature of solid tumors limits its effectiveness. Herein, we developed bioactive zinc–nickel hydroxide (ZnNi(OH)4) nanosheets (NSs) that can effectively initiate paraptosis–pyroptosis positive feedback cycle through synergistic ionic effect, thereby mitigating immunosuppression and enhancing efficacy immunotherapy. The acid-sensitive ZnNi(OH)4 NSs releases Ni2+ Zn2+ in weakly acidic tumor microenvironment. released alleviated pyroptosis inhibition by inducing paraptosis inhibiting autophagic flux. Concurrently, triggered release endogenous within cell a coordination competition mechanism, further amplifying zinc overload-mediated pyroptosis. Interestingly, pyroptosis-associated oxidative stress endoplasmic reticulum promote Ni2+-mediated paraptosis, forming loop between paraptosis. This process not only kills cells but also stimulates strong inflammatory response, antitumor immune response immunotherapy efficacy. Abstract Layered double hydroxides (LDHs)‐based photocatalysts have generated widespread interest owing to their great potential for solving both energy and environmental issues through directly converting nonconsumable solar energy. Abstract Molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) after the few-layer (FL) processing draws attention to its attractive characteristics, such as broadening interlayer spacing, increasing active sites, and promoting purity of metallic phase. Notwithstanding, poor stability easy aggregation FL-MoS limit potential for development in field electrochemistry. Herein, a nanocomposite between reduced graphene oxide (rGO) is successfully constructed via one-pot hydrothermal method. Furthermore, @rGO composite with stable structure obtained by regulating amount rGO. The excellent supercapacitor capacitances building heterostructure composites rGO are displayed, owing synergistic effects occurring heterostructure. optimal sample @rGO-2 possesses specific capacitance 346.1 F g −1 at 1 A rate ability 57.2%. Moreover, remains 99.1% 10,000 cyclic charges discharges. More importantly, theoretical calculations confirm source extra raise conductivity @rGO. Also, @rGO-2//AC flexible asymmetric device fabricated, which presents superior energy density power 84.31 µWh cm −2 700 µW , 51.42 3500 . This work verifies storage electrochemical application.

The high electrons and holes recombination rate of ZnIn2S4 significantly limits its photocatalytic performance. Herein, a simple in situ photodeposition strategy is adopted to introduce the cocatalyst cobalt phosphate (Co-Pi) on ZnIn2S4, aiming at facilitating separation electron–hole by promoting transfer photogenerated ZnIn2S4. study reveals that composite catalyst has superior performance than blank In particular, loaded with 5% Co-Pi (ZnIn2S4/5%Co-Pi) best activity, H2 production reaches 3593 μmol·g−1·h−1, approximately double alone. Subsequent characterization data demonstrate introduction facilitates holes, thus improving efficiency carrier separation. This investigation focuses rational utilization high-content rich cocatalysts earth design low-cost efficient catalysts achieve sustainable hydrogen evolution.
