In
the
context
of
global
economic
digitalization,
financial
information
is
highly
susceptible
to
internet
public
opinion
due
overwhelming
and
misleading
nature
on
platforms.
This
paper
delves
into
core
entities
in
diffusion
process
opinions,
including
institutions,
governments,
media,
investors,
models
behavioral
characteristics
these
process.
On
this
basis,
we
comprehensively
use
multi-agent
model
SIR
construct
a
dynamic
evolution
opinion.
We
conduct
simulation
analysis
impact
effects
interaction
mechanisms
behaviors
market
The
research
results
are
as
follows.
Firstly,
institutions’
digitalization
levels,
government
guidance,
media
authority
positively
promote
Secondly,
improvement
investors’
literacy
can
inhibit
Thirdly,
under
market,
level
more
significant,
while
guidance
tend
converge.
Cyberbullying
is
when
a
perpetrator
attacks
person
or
group
of
people
using
insulting
dehumanizing
messages
sent
over
digital
networks.
The
availability
the
internet
and
unrestricted
usage

networking
sites
are
reasons
for
sharp
rise
in
cyberbullying
occurrences
every
day.
It
degrades
victim
mentally
socially.
Therefore,
classifying
text
currently
an
important
research
topic
scholars.
A
limited
number
articles
recognized
identifying
material
low-resource
Bengali
language,
contrast
to
English
other
high-resource
languages,
due
resource
limitations.
In
our
research,
we
have
attempted
develop
effective
classification
system.
At
first,
investigate
benchmark
dataset
44001
entries
five
classes:
Not
Bully,
Troll,
Sexual,
Religious,
Threat.
After
that,
exploit
cutting-edge
transformer
models,
including
multilingual
Bidirectional
Encoder
Representations
from
Transformers
(mBERT),
Bangla-BERT-Base,
BanglaBERT,
DistilmBERT,
XLM-RoBERTa.
Finally,
proposed
new
combined-transformer
model,
Transformer-ensemble,
obtaining
outstanding
results
with
87.54%
accuracy
87.52%
F1-score.
This
method
outperforms
state-of-the-art
approaches
classes.
Thus,
system
can
play
vital
role
reducing
on
platforms.
