The main goal of this article is to present a refined higher-order shear deformation theory (HSDT) combined with the nonlocal strain gradient (NSGT) analyze wave propagation infinite functionally graded porous (FGP) nanosheet lying on Pasternak medium, and in hygro-thermal environment considering surface effect. uniqueness study lies its examination impact spatial fluctuations length-scale parameters FGP nanoplates. governing equations motion are established using Hamilton's principle propagating resolved Navier closed-form solution. accuracy robustness proposed algorithm demonstrated by comparing results those available literature. Numerical illustrations demonstrate that attributes associated grading index, or without effect, porosity parameter, temperature moisture changes thoroughly examined. These can be applied fields such as radar, ultrasound, medicine, telecommunications, navigation.
