The results show a significant positive with isomorphisms having this relationship. Consistent critical mass theory, board composition three or more significantly strengthens study suggests that understanding managing these pressures, according to types isomorphism they represent, is crucial formulating most effective for promoting innovation. validity our conclusions supported rigorous validation methods, including two‐stage least squares, Heckman's two‐stage, propensity score matching, underscores central in within firms.
