Abstract The recent developments in applications of artificial intelligence bring back discussion about risks posed by AI. Among immediate that need to be tackled here and now, there is also a possible problem existential threats related Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). There on how mitigate those appropriate regulations. It seems one commonly accepted assumption the global, thus, it needs first all an international level. In this paper, I argue national criminal laws should considered regulatory tools for mitigating AGI. propose enact AGI crimes complement varieties legal responses might motivate speed up further changes.
