Purpose This study aims to delve into the empirical gap regarding metaverse’s impact on job satisfaction within corporate sector. Aiming explore how perceptions of usefulness and ease use influence satisfaction, this seeks offer insights for organisations contemplating integrating metaverse technologies. Design/methodology/approach Using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) 4.0 with a targeted sample 385 employees in southern India, assesses constructs such as perceived usefulness, use, integration empowerment satisfaction. Findings The analysis reveals significant positive correlation between benefits results highlight critical roles technological utility enhancing employee levels Practical implications contributes digital workplace innovation discourse, providing evidence potential improve It introduces pioneering scale assessing organisational impacts, offering robust tool future investigations.
