Educational environments created by combining traditional learning and technology have grown, especially in recent years become an indispensable part of education. Therefore, with this research we aimed to evaluate students’ attitudes towards blended learning. To gather university opinions on the effectiveness learning, a descriptive survey method was used. Two hundred eighty-seven students enrolled for information technologies courses spring semester 2022–2023 academic year computer engineering department at various universities Kazakhstan participated research. Research data were collected using attitude scale developed researchers. This used gain from participating The twice, interval 5 weeks, before after course presented environment. The COVID-19 crisis disrupted traditional in-school teaching, highlighting both the potential and challenges of distance learning. abrupt transition exposed unpreparedness many teachers students, emphasizing need for alternative, technology-supported methodologies. This chapter investigates blended education as an innovative approach integrating classroom online learning to enhance teaching effectiveness. Through a theoretical examination survey middle school in Albania, this study evaluates teachers' familiarity with use methods. Data collected from 212 educational stakeholders provide insights into current state ICT-supported Albania. findings suggest that, while holds promise improving outcomes, Albanian require further training, substantial upgrades ICT infrastructure are necessary implement schools fully.
