Since discovery and after decades of scientific endeavors on fullerene derived nanomaterials, we note wide-span high-tech applications in the fields energy/electronic devices—to—space/defense/engineering—to—medical areas. These days, conformist explorations carbon nanoparticles, like fullerene, trend towards use green synthesis methods sources, leading to development environmentally friendly nanomaterials applications. Fullerene, as one most remarkable nanotechnological breakthroughs, has emerged a competitor for designing ecofriendly or energy devices systems. Looking at current demand efficient ecological conversion systems, solar cells, plan this perspective manuscript unveil true state-of-the-art progress green-sourced photovoltaics. As per expanded research over past few decades, manufacturing/application via sustainable sources/techniques led next-level utilization devices, especially high-performance cells with notably high power efficiencies, photovoltaic parameters, low price, light weight, nontoxicity, fine processability. Despite so far, commercialization real-world fullerene-derived seem be reliant upon overcoming challenges integrating these into today’s scorching next-generation assemblies.
