Introduction: Breast cancer (BC) is a disease that affects about 2.2 million people worldwide. The prognosis and treatment of these patients depend on clinical histopathologic staging, in which more aggressive cancers need less conservative therapeutic approach. Previous studies showed with BC have an increased frequency systemic microvesicles (MVs) are associated invasion, progression, metastasis, can be used liquid biopsy to predict the response individualized treatment. Objective: This study proposes development minimally invasive diagnostic panel follow-up biomarkers as complementary method screen patients. Methods: quantification circulating MVs 48 healthy women 100 who attended Mário Penna Institute between 2019 2022 was performed by flow cytometry. In addition, were analyzed before 6, 12, 24 months post-treatment. Machine learning approaches employed determine performance identify propose classifier algorithms. Results: Patients had neutrophil- endothelial cell-derived than controls After treatment, all MV populations decreased compared pre-treatment, but leukocyte- erythrocyte-derived at 12 after decreasing again months. Conclusions: Performance analyses machine pointed out from neutrophils cells best candidates for biomarkers. Neutrophil- putative screening tests diagnosis.
