To avoid off-target effects, targeted cancer therapy offers a feasible alternative to traditional therapies such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The human ferritin receptor (transferrin receptor, TfR1) is greatly overexpressed in several types, including liver cancer. Therefore, (HFn) has been used drug encapsulation for therapy. However, the method time-consuming not applicable all conditions. In this study, we effectively designed HFn fused with photosensitizing protein called mini-singlet oxygen generator (miniSOG) create HFn-miniSOG photodynamic (PDT) applications. fusion self-assembled form nanoparticles an average size of 22.4 ± 1.3 nm generated singlet (1O2) when activated by blue-light irradiation ΦΔ = 0.30. demonstrate its PDT capability, phototoxicity was assessed HepG2 HeLa cells varying TfR1 expression levels. viability reduced 63% after light irradiation, compared 34% cells, because exhibit greater levels TfR1. As result, our study provides straightforward approach creating ALL-IN-ONE
