Over
recent
years,
digital
and
intelligent
technologies
have
been
driving
the
transformation
of
discipline-specific
information
services
in
academic
libraries
toward
user
experience
optimization
service
innovation.

study
constructs
a
quality
evaluation
framework
for
libraries,
incorporating
digital-intelligence
characteristics
to
provide
theoretical
references
guidelines
enhancing
satisfaction

information-ubiquitous
environment.

LibQual+TM,
WebQUAL,
E-SERVQUAL
models
integrating
expert
interviews
with
contextual
library
services,
this
develops
comprehensive
system
comprising
six
dimensions—Perceived
Information
Quality,
Usability,

Interactive
Feedback,
Tool
Application,
User
Experience—with
fifteen
specific
indicators.
