Artificial Intelligence (AI) is at the top of agendas higher education and leaders are required to give direction in educating next generation students citizens. The study aimed to identify the factors influencing adoption of artificial intelligence applications in libraries, find out associated challenges with AI apps, and develop a framework effectively implement tools libraries. Over recent years, digital and intelligent technologies have been driving the transformation of discipline-specific information services in academic libraries toward user experience optimization service innovation. This study constructs a quality evaluation framework for libraries, incorporating digital-intelligence characteristics to provide theoretical references guidelines enhancing satisfaction an information-ubiquitous environment. Drawing on LibQual+TM, WebQUAL, E-SERVQUAL models integrating expert interviews with contextual library services, this develops comprehensive system comprising six dimensions—Perceived Information Quality, Usability, Security, Interactive Feedback, Tool Application, User Experience—with fifteen specific indicators. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was applied determine weight these To validate practicality system, fuzzy method employed empirical analysis using at Tsinghua University Library China as case study. results indicate that overall is satisfactory, Perceived Usability identified key factors influencing quality. further enhance emphasis should be placed intelligence precision-driven optimization, strengthening experience, interaction feedback mechanisms, data security measures. Objetivo: Verificar por meio da literatura como as bibliotecas universitárias estão usando a Inteligência artificial generativa para aprimorar o atendimento aos usuários tornando-o personalizado. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória-descritiva, com abordagem quali-quanti, corpus foi retirado Web of Science e Scopus, revisão narrativa literatura. A coleta dados realizada entre 2019 2024. Realizou-se análise conteúdo categorial Bardin (2011). Resultado: Observou-se que uso inteligência possui um potencial tradução idiomas preferência do usuário; fornecimento respostas coesas autênticas, recomendação relevante base no perfil, pode agilizar interações serviços pessoas. Assim, IA surge ferramenta oferecer mais personalizados.Conclusões: As tecnologias generativas apresentam enorme melhorar qualidade das referência, atender necessidades dos referências virtuais, personalizar usuário.

Purpose This study examines the digital accessibility of information services for students with disabilities at University Jordan. Despite advancements in disability rights and technology, academic libraries often lag providing fully accessible services. Design/methodology/approach The mixed-methods research involved quantitative surveys from 173 a qualitative interview head application department, addition to focus group 10 disabilities. Quantitative analysis included means, standard deviations four-way ANOVA identify significant differences perceptions.
