Free-living
amoebas
(FLA)
are
ubiquitous
protists
found
in
the
environment.
They
have
shown
exceptional
resistance
to
environmental
challenges
and
play
significant
roles
controlling
microbial
populations
through
their
predatory
behaviour
microbicidal
activity
both
soil
aquatic
ecosystems
environments.
However,
although
rare,
a
limited
group
of
FLA
can
cause
serious
infections
central
nervous
system
other
diseases,
particularly
immunocompromised
individuals
with
high
mortality
rates.

review
offers
comprehensive
overview

does

Harnessing

potential
antimicrobial
activity
of
secondary
metabolites
derived
from
natural
sources
holds
promise
for
developing
novel
therapeutic
drugs.
Streptomyces
spp.
represents
pivotal
microorganisms
in
synthesis
these
compounds.
Acanthamoeba
serves
virulence
amplifiers
a
wide
range
bacterial
pathogens.
This
study
evaluates
efficacy
crude
extracts
sp.
cocultured
trials
with
polyphaga
against
multidrug-resistant
Pseudomonas
aeruginosa

microbiota.Data

amoebozoan
diversity
in
different
types
remains
drastically
limited.In
this
paper,
we
present
results

study
species
composition
and
abundance
naked
amoebae
tall-herbaceous
rainforest
ecosystem
unique
to
Siberia
-the
Chernevaya
taiga,
located
low
mountains
Western
(Russia).The
soils
have
high
fertility,
which
causes
plant
gigantism.The
sampled
soil,
recovered
by
culture-based
MPN
method,
varied
from
194
265

-1
was
higher
than
usual
oligotrophic
taiga
nearby
sampling
site

).Fifteen
were
samples.Amoebae
order
Leptomyxida
highly
abundant
all
samples.Since
