our
students

academically

professionally

evidenced
as
necessary
competencies
in
personal,
academic,
professional
contexts.
Our
research
assessed
these
variables
sample
300
university
from
Madrid
(Spain),
comprising
68
(22.7%)
men
232
(77.3%)
women,
aged
between
18
47
years
(M
=
21.72;
SD
0.42).
objective
was
determine
their
baseline
levels,
study
relationship
with
Academic
Achievement
(AA),
analyze
changes
after
positive
emotional
intervention,
if
they
predictors
AA.
For
this,
we
used
quasi-experimental
pre/post-test
design
experimental/control
groups.
results
show
medium–high
levels
EI,
SWB,
AA
students;
correlations,
which
improved
intensity
post-test,
EI
(clarity
repair)
(attention),
happiness
(OHI);
better
scores
post-test
compared
pre-test,
experimental
group
control
group,
result
intervention.
Finally,
findings
indicate
that
(attention)
SWB
(life
jointly
predict
small
part
data
discussed
implications
change
higher
education,
towards
interventions
improve
outcomes
employability
bridge
university/industry
gap.
