Furthermore, our explore potential differences urban non-urban regions. The sample this consisted 572 leaders from Quebec province. Prevalence ratios (PR) their 95% confidence intervals (CI) were modelled using robust Poisson regressions. Several covariates considered, including age, sex, gender, socio-economic indicators, lifestyle factors. Results indicated exposed 2.22-5.58 times more likely experience MI. Low ethical culture had strongest association (PR: 5.58, CI: 1.34-23.27), followed by low reward 4.43, 2.14-9.16) emotional demands 4.32, 1.89-9.88). Identifying predictors could contribute reduction problems implementation targeted interventions areas.

Combat veterans are highly inclined to develop substance use disorders, including Cannabis Use Disorder (CUD), with emerging evidence suggesting that combat related Potentially Morally Injurious Events (PMIEs) may increase proneness CUD. To explore the moderating role of time since release from military duty, mixed methodology was applied. In a quantitative study, 322 Israeli cannabis-using male filled out validated self-report questionnaires assessing PMIEs, CUD and duty. Results indicate self-inflicted transgressions sense betrayal were significantly associated symptoms (p < .01). addition, years duty moderated association between Betrayal (b=−.039, SE = .018, t=-2.20, p .028), so this significant only among released approximately two six prior their participation in study (b .33, .09, t 3.71, .001; b .25, 3.45, .001, respectively), but not those who 10 ago. A subsequent qualitative investigated narratives 14 older veterans, indicating process meaning-making combat-related experiences is key adaptive coping. We conclude serve as protective factor, presumably disentangling PMIEs-CUD via meaning making.
