Social media influencers (SMIs) have emerged as a significant alternative source of health-related information for adolescents, apart from their parents, doctors, and schools. It is yet to be determined whether adolescents’ use social leads deterioration or an improvement overall health literacy food literacy. The escalating global concern about internet addiction (IA) in adolescents has driven the necessity to investigate its predictors and their potential effects on youth development. We used a novel methodological approach facilitate this research assessed IA parents across five countries—GCC countries, Greece, Italy, Turkey, United Kingdom. A total of 1530 participants completed surveys evaluating parental IA, monitoring practices, adolescent symptoms. found striking evidence that involvement nonessential online activities, frequent arguments between children were significant IA. Our data suggest similar sociopsychological mechanisms underlying development various cultural contexts. Contrary earlier assumptions, time spent did not predict suggesting simply regulating screen may be insufficient reduce youth. Background/Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social media networking addiction (SMNA) and work engagement (WE) among nurses at a government hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as well assess overall levels SMNA WE within population. Adolescence is a critical period during which there concerning rise in the incidence of mental health problems, including depression and body dysmorphic concerns symptoms, as well addictive behaviors such problematic social media use. This research aimed to assess the effectiveness of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) improve competencies future Early Childhood Education teachers in digital sustainability. For this, a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest study with an equivalent control group was designed. 163 students 2nd Degree at University Alicante (Spain) worked on e-sustainability through PBL (experimental group) and 105 traditional classroom methodology (control group). A comparative analysis data conducted statistical software SPSS version 29.0. The results showed statistically significant differences favor PBL, particularly knowledge about safe responsible use technologies. Fear of missing out (FoMO) and loneliness have been identified as significant contributors to problematic social media use (PSMU). However, no prior research has examined the interplay between trait FoMO, state moderating role loneliness, their combined influence on PSMU within a unified model. The present study addressed this gap by testing moderated-mediation model investigate how jointly impact PSMU. A cross-sectional online survey was conducted with 356 participants (55.6 % female; M age = 21.7 years, SDage 3.55) who completed Trait-FoMO Scale, State-FoMO UCLA Loneliness Scale (Short Version), Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale. results showed that females scored higher for than males, while had effect. Moderated-mediation analyses indicated both trait-FoMO state-FoMO were positively associated Moreover, partially mediated relationship PSMU, pathway. More specifically, association weaker at levels but stronger when low. These findings highlight FoMO major risk factor well emphasizing importance addressing in prevention intervention efforts.
