Las redes sociales en línea ocupan gran parte del tiempo utilizado por los adolescentes y jóvenes. El objetivo de este artículo es determinar cómo el uso estas plataformas digitales ha afectado negativamente la salud mental jóvenes Lima, Perú perciben prevención su excesivo. La metodología se basó un enfoque cuantitativo diseño correlacional. Se aplicó cuestionario a 54 limeños. Development of a questionnaire for problematic social networking sites use: Ensuring content validity through Delphi methodology DOI Creative Commons

Objectives This study aimed to develop a questionnaire assess problematic social network service use (PSNSU) applicable both adolescents and adults ensure content validity. Methods A Delphi survey methodology with panel of 16 experts was employed from April June 2024 the validity PSNSU assessment tool. involved three rounds surveys collect open- closed-ended responses questionnaire. Data analysis focused on calculating ratio (CVR), stability, consensus each item. Items that did not meet threshold criteria were revised or removed based expert feedback. Results The initially included domains 59 items. Following Round 1 survey, domains, 11 subdomains, 43 items selected. After adding modifying items, 2 resulted in two 10 42 In 3, showed an average CVR 0.99, stability 0.10, 0.97, thus concluding process. Objective Traumatic experiences and stressful life events have crippling outcomes on individuals’ psychiatric disorders are also frequently comorbid with addictive behaviors. This study aims to propose a mediation model examine the association between coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19)-related post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) social media addiction (SMA) among university students, mediating role of fear missing out (FoMO).Methods A cross-sectional 856 students (mean age 19.2 years; 67.9% female) was conducted in China. The COVID-19-related PTSD scale, FoMO Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale were used, addition an online questionnaire addressing participants’ sociodemographic information. Descriptive statistics correlations SPSS 21.0. Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS 21.0 performed assess hypothesized mode. bootstrap 95% confidence interval (CI) computed test significance effect.Results SEM demonstrated that symptoms significantly negatively influenced SMA (β=0.247, p<0.001), positively affected students’ (β=0.341, partially mediated SMA. effect 0.176, bootstrapping CI=0.123, 0.235.Conclusion main effects identified, providing intervention strategies for mental health professionals how reduce risk when confronting future traumatic public crises.
