Introduction:
Silybin
(SLB)
as
an
effective
hepatoprotective
phytomedicine
has
been
limited
by
its
hydrophobicity,
poor
bioavailability
and
accumulation
at
lesion
sites.

methods

impeded
their
low
capacity,
potential
hazard
of
materials
therapeutic
effects.
Consequently,

is
a
pressing
need
to
devise
innovative
approach
for
preparing
nanosuspensions
loaded
with
both
SLB
Meglumine
salt
(SLB-M),
well
investigate
the
effects
against
hepatic
fibrosis.
Methods:
The
nanosuspension
(NS-SLB)
