The industries are searching for greener alternatives their productions due to the rising concern about environment and creation of waste by-products without industrial utility that specific line products. This investigation describes development two stable nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs): one is formulation a standard NLC, other same NLC associated with natural deep eutectic solvent (NaDES). research presents paths NLCs through completeness, which encompass dynamic light scattering (DLS), zeta potential tests, pH. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) confocal were performed clarify morphology. Cytotoxicity tests zebrafish realized, results complementary in vitro outcomes reached fibroblast L132 by MTT technique zymography test. Infrared spectroscopy X-ray diffractometry elucidated link between physicochemical characteristics its behavior properties. Different cooling techniques explored prove tailorable properties any applications. In conclusion, compiled show successful new nanocarriers based on sustainable, eco-friendly, highly technology, low cytotoxic potential.
