ABSTRACT Microbial carbon (C) use efficiency (CUE) describes the proportion of organic C used by microorganisms for anabolic processes, which increases with soil (SOC) content on a global scale. However, it is unclear whether similar relationship exists during natural vegetation restoration in terrestrial ecosystems. Here, we investigated patterns CUE along 160‐year chronosequence (from farmland to climax forest) estimated stoichiometric modeling; additionally, examined between and SOC combined these results meta‐analysis. The combination indicated that decreased from 0.35 0.28. Surprisingly, increased decreasing because forest soils have low pH values high microbial phosphorus limitations compared early ecosystems, implying forests may not sequester as much expected. shift was most important predictor climate, plant, factors. changes were directly induced pH‐induced community. El suelo es un ecosistema vital para la supervivencia de toda especie dentro del planeta. Este recurso está en riesgo debido a procesos erosivos ocasionados por factores naturales y potenciados actividades antropológicas. presente estudio evaluó calidad los terrenos afectados no incendios forestales Comuna Centro Pueblo Alangasí. Se evaluaron cinco parcelas (197, 200, 205, 274 B) través pruebas cualitativas (cromatografía Pfaiffer) cuantitativas (método gravimétrico LOI). caracterizó preliminarmente las bacterias estas zonas, además realización complementarias medición fósforo glucosa. Los resultados demostraron que parcela 205 (sin afectación) presentó mejor calidad, mientras 197 (afectada incendio) mostró una ligera recuperación, contraste con 200 (suelo tipo cangahua) tuvo condición más desfavorable. Asimismo, se encontró predominancia Gram positivas, especialmente suelos el fuego (197) mayor presencia cangahua (200). En quemada observó acumulación total, así como buena correlación entre glucosa crecimiento bacteriano. Concluyendo cobertura vegetal, cantidad nutrientes, condiciones fisicoquímicas influyen salud suelo.
