A field experiment was conducted on sunflowers in a mild-to-moderate saline–alkaline area the Tumochuan Plain irrigation region China. The experimental design included using surface drip as control (CK) and four subsurface treatments at burial depths of 10 cm (D10), 15 (D15), 20 (D20), 25 (D25) to analyze effect belt depth soil physicochemical properties desalination main root zone sunflower farmland. Based macro-genome sequencing technology, diversity, composition, structure fungal communities were revealed response irrigation. results show that improved with rates ranging from 15.33% 26.96%. D25 treatment achieved an 82.01% higher rate than CK outperformed D10, D15, D20 by 43.35%, 13.43%, 24.89%, respectively, demonstrating most effective under same water fertilizer management conditions. Additionally, enhanced diversity abundance communities; Shannon indices for D15 8.1% 12.3% CK, whereas Chao1 increased 21.2% 17.4%, respectively. During budding stage, community (20–40 cm) dominated Ascomycetes Tephritobacterium, Alternaria being predominant genus. Notably, relative 118.8% CK. Structural equation modeling quantified relationships between properties, SMC 0.94, indicating model fit within acceptable range. An SEM analysis content (SWC), EC, NO3−-N exerted significant combined composition diversity. This study examined effects tape characteristics, structure, fields aims provide theoretical support water-saving agricultural practices soils. We developed method lightly moderately land China’s Plain, suitable cm.

Filters are essential components for maintaining the stability of drip irrigation systems, effectively reducing risk clogging. However, when applied to slurry complexity water quality makes it unclear how different filter types and their combinations affect hydraulic performance system. This study provides a comprehensive evaluation two common combinations, considering various flow rates biogas slurry-to-water ratios under conditions. The results revealed following key findings: (1) In application irrigation, an increase in concentration or rate significantly affects filter, increasing clogging shortening operational lifespan. Notably, impact changes on is much greater than that rate. Compared mesh filters, disk filters offer better performance, with contaminant capacity being approximately three times filters. (2) combination generally outperforms single terms removal capacity. Due unique nature source slurry, selection process was conducted. It found used as pre-filter post-filter, overall head loss change smallest, uniformity least. (3) entropy weight-TOPSIS evaluation, filter’s operating time factors affecting its performance. From perspective improving system, recommended use + combination. conducts practical measurements capacity, filtration accuracy, other indicators commonly aiming provide useful references

Different types of soil macropores respond differently to various tillage practices, owing disparities in origin, scale, morphology, and function, consequently exerting distinct effects on structure. This study aimed investigate the response mechanisms three different pore (total macropores, non-biopores, biopores) two practices: smash-ridging (T) no-tillage (NT) sugarcane fields. The parameters characterizing treatments dimensions were obtained using X-ray computed tomography scanning technology. ImageJ MATLAB software employed analyze data separate into biopores non-biopores categories. results showed that predominated two-dimensional cross-sectional areas NT treatment, whereas more dominant T treatment. Biopores treatment had a higher proportion pores compared A three-dimensional analysis indicated total larger mean diameters (MD) macroporosity, with continuous tubular than However, numerous broader spatial distribution complex morphology. Additionally, MD branching length density (LD). These vertically developed biopores, along high macropore connectivity under tillage, could improve water conductivity. Therefore, was beneficial for growth Guangxi China.

Biogas can be used for complementary load-balancing with renewable intermittent power, thus maintaining overall energy output stability. However, biogas load balancing is typically in small-scale distributed systems, constrained by factors such as technology and land requirements, making it challenging to scale up. Therefore, this study proposes a closed-loop ecological cycle system, where provides leveling support large-scale power sources desertified regions dominated animal husbandry. The slurry residue produced are restoration subsequent cultivation of high-quality economic crops, the resulting straw next round production. This conducts an assessment aforementioned system analyzes case project Northwest China. Accounting results indicating that system's net present value 0.108 million yuan/m
