Background/Objectives: Dry eye (DE) is mainly characterized by dryness, foreign body sensation, pain and visual impairment. Their possible causes are inflammation, tissue damage neurosensory abnormalities, vitamin B6 (VitB6) attenuates the inflammatory response modulating NF-κB pathway to quench reactive oxygen species (ROS). The aim of this experiment was investigate therapeutic effect VitB6 drops on particulate matter 2.5 (PM2.5)-induced dry in mice. Methods: Mice induced with group were first using PM2.5 a standard environment for 14 days, then treated different concentrations consecutive days. phenol red cotton test used measure tear production. Abstract Background This prospective cohort study aimed to investigate the relationship between sleep duration and cancer incidence among 9996 participants over a median follow-up period of 9 years. Methods Participants without at baseline were followed for 88,790 person-years.
