Investigating distribution endogenous metabolites from various regions great significance its efficient utilization. In this study, 21 samples seeds were collected 15 analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) liquid (LC-MS). A systematic analysis was conducted on phenotypes, germination rate, metabolites, hormones. The results showed that germplasm traits northern generally superior to those southern size positively correlated accumulation sugars (D-allose, D-(+)-cellobiose, maltitol, α-D-glucopyranoside, d-galactose, maltose, D-(-)-fructose, galactitol) organic acids (hexadecanoic acid, benzoic propanedioic butanedioic cinnamic acid). Additionally, SuQian Shanxi closely related hormone (gibberellic acid abscisic study provides valuable data support evaluation sources plants implications cultivation identification varieties.
