Photovoltaic industry trade has become a global activity, and wide range of photovoltaic relations have been formed between countries. In order to further strengthen balance relations, this paper analyzes (PV) from the perspective complex networks. We employ network indicators cascading process risk propagation analyze evolution features vulnerability PV network. Firstly, we establish networks 2000 2021 based on flow then explore influencing factors structure. Finally, simulate an improved bootstrap percolation model. The reveal following three results: (1) scale continues grow, participation some countries increased significantly; (2) small-world characteristics, related products high circulation efficiency; (3) core-periphery structure, while few drive most trade. China, Germany, U.S. are top traders. Some Asian countries, such as Vietnam, gradually increasing their share market. QAP regression analysis shows that gaps in GDP electricity access rate biggest facilitating hindering trade, respectively. simulation results show is vulnerable targeted robust randomness risk.

Climate change is a major threat to the world. The cause for this global challenge directly linked greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. In order mitigate climate change, policies such as reducing GHG emissions are required. Many countries have proposed carbon emission reduction targets at national strategic level. A crucial issue in achieving target low-carbon energy transition, which requires large amount of clean metals supporting materials. This paper summarizes latest research results existing literature on supply goal reduction, including definitions, demand changes, capacity assessment, risk evolution, guarantee and policy system, etc . We point out that further should be conducted following three directions future: firstly, strengthen impact trade geopolitics metals; secondly, evaluate effectiveness minerals security various countries; finally, broaden analysis encompass entire industrial chain perspective.
