Approximately 7% of COVID-19 patients (1.3% children) have exhibited symptoms post-acute sequelae SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC), or Long COVID, and 20% those present with neuropsychiatric symptoms. While a large number MRI-based neuroimaging studies in this population shown cortical atrophy terms gray matter volume thickness patients, there is growing body work showing brain enlargements increases compared to COVID negative controls. To investigate further, we used structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examine differences for the limbic dorsolateral prefrontal regions between healthy Results showed increased caudal anterior, isthmus, posterior cingulate gyrus as well rostral middle frontal respectively along higher isthmus COVID. Cortical volumes interest (ROIs) were also associated severity measures, clinical dementia rating, anxiety scores group. Our findings provide supporting evidence hypertrophy
