Abstract
Semen
cooling
and
cryopreservation
have
revolutionized
the
field
of
reproductive
biotechnologies.
However,
challenges
persist
in
maintaining
sperm
quality
viability
during
these
processes.
The
unsatisfactory
results
main
problems
are
associated
with
low
quality,
viability,
morphological,
structural,
DNA
integrity,
changes
plasma
membrane,
ability
to
interact
female
tract
decrease
fertilization
potential.
objective
this
study
was
determine
effect
seminal
proteins
different
molecular
weights
on
kinetic
parameters
dog
spermatozoa
cold
storage
at

performance
of
dairy
cows
