Abstract
Over
the
past
decades,
tactile

technology
has
made
significant
advances
in
fields
of
health

and
robotics.
Compared
to
conventional

self‐powered

do
not
require

which
makes
entire

more
flexible
lightweight.
Therefore,
they
are

Herein,

first.
Then
their

presented.
Finally,
