Homogeneous matrix materials are considered to be a solid guarantee of site-point charge transfer reactions because they the main body light absorption, photogenerated carrier separation, migration, and recombination processes. Elucidating effect separation efficiency on catalytic performance is great significance for overcoming optimization obstacles homogeneous parts providing new design strategies. In this study, TiO2 doped with Fe as research object quantifies dynamics while trying avoid large site lattice changes. The direct correlation between photocatalytic different doping content samples clearly elucidated by dynamic characterization results. Doping 0.213 wt.% exhibits best performance, achieving CO yield 35.12 µmol g-1 h-1. Especially, femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy demonstrates defect level formed enhances electrons. clear relationship shown above, which capacity mapping efficiency, rather than linear dependence sites oxygen vacancies, fully potential simple strategies photocatalysts.
