With the increasing emphasis on emission reduction targets, low-carbon sustainable transformation of industrial energy supply systems is crucial. Addressing urgent issue reducing carbon emissions, this study presents an integrated system (IRE-CCUS-BESS-SPS) that incorporates renewable energy; calcium-based capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS); battery (BESSs) to improve efficiency sustainability. The model designed achieve a cost-effective environmentally low-impact supply, validated through Aspen Plus V11.0 Matlab R2019b simulations. system’s performance evaluated using 4E index encompassing economy, environment, energy, exergy. findings indicate lifetime net present value (NPV) positive, with payback period 6.09 years. Despite 12.9% increase in overall economic cost, emissions are significantly reduced by 59.78%. composition includes 48.60% from fuel oil 22.10% biomass, additional 270.04 kW heat provided waste boilers. equalization costs for CO2 removal (LCCR) methanation (LCOM) 122.95 CNY/t 10908.35 CNY/t, respectively, both exceeding current trading methane prices. This research offers robust framework designing integrate CCUS, technologies operations. analysis also suggests government policies, such as direct financial subsidies or tax relief, effective accelerating adoption CCUS technology.
