ABSTRACT Climate change poses constraints on nature‐based agricultural productivity, necessitating an understanding of urban agriculture's performance across varying climatic conditions. This study examines the impacts temperature, precipitation, and evapotranspiration production potential efficiency using a pooled OLS model. The results show that there is spatial pattern alternating high low units, in areas where values hover around 0.5, still exists significant for improvement. Through regression analysis, precipitation has significantly positive impact improving efficiency. In the pursuit of sustainable urban development, construction land development (CLD) not only carries important mission promoting economic growth but also needs to actively respond environmental requirements reducing carbon emissions. However, there is a tension and balance between these two objectives. This study explores evolution characteristics influencing mechanisms synergistic relationship emission efficiency benefits CLD based on undesirable slacks-based measurement, coupling coordination degree (CCD) model, Tapio decoupling spatial convergence interpretable machine learning techniques. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) CCR CEE in China shows characteristic “improvement-stability-local decline”, it higher eastern region than central western regions. (2) (CEE) 2003 2023 diverse trends different provinces time scales China. (3) China’s consistent with σ-convergence β-convergence, gap level inter-regional co-ordination has narrowed. On contrary, regions do pass σ β-convergence tests, regional equilibrium be improved. With the growth of new energy sector, China’s industry is experiencing significant transformations. This research aims to evaluate technological progress and changes in scale efficiency listed companies industry, with a particular focus on comparison between traditional sectors. investigates various values, types returns scale, role patents fostering progress, influence financial leverage changes, comprehensive evaluation that offers critical foundation for formulating targeted strategies. uses data from A-share spanning 2017 2023, constructs input–output indicators centered development (R&D) profitability, applies DEA model examine operating companies. Studying the development of land green utilization efficiency and factors that influence it in Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region can improve distribution resources among regions reinforce interregional integrated planning. By constructing a super-efficiency SBM model, calculating Malmquist–Luenberger index, Tobit this study explores spatial features temporal variations use from 2010 to 2022. Industrial carbon emission reduction is not only the need to cope with climate change and environmental pollution, but also an important way achieve sustainable economic development. This paper first constructs evaluation system of urban green development index from four dimensions: economy, society, resources environment. Then, undesirable super-efficiency SBM model used measure static industrial efficiency, spatiotemporal characteristics dynamic efficiency are analyzed by combining Malmquist index. Finally, was incorporated into Tobit regression model, impact energy intensity, structure other factors on considered. cited 18 cities in Sichuan Province 2015 2022 as example for analysis. The results show that overall level shows a downward trend, there great room improvement average 0.740, difference mainly due pure technical efficiency.
