The green utilization of urban land is a critical component regional high-quality development. Enhancing the efficiency (GUEUL) great significance to improving quality ecological environment and achieving lifestyle low-carbon production. With process urbanization, industrial structure constantly adjusted, which has an impact on utilization. Taking 43 cities in Bohai Rim region as example, super-efficiency slack-based measure model with undesirable outputs (super-SBM-undesirable model) was employed evaluate GUEUL from 2006 2021, panel quantile used explore GUEUL. results showed that appeared fluctuating upward trend 0.664 0.837 2021. High-value zones shifted western Liaoning province southern Shandong “C”-shaped belt around coastline expanded continuously, while low-value decreased significantly. Urban land green use efficiency (ULGUE) is one of the important indicators growth, making limited resources exert optimal benefits and minimize environmental pollution, enabling development cities. This survey measures ULGUE 284 Chinese cities at prefecture level above using Super-SBM model, built around panel data from 2004 to 2021. The geographic temporal evolution features are studied ArcGIS exploratory spatio-temporal analysis (ESTDA). elements influencing assessed a spatial econometric model. It found that: (1) fluctuates rises with time but has still not achieved validity in general; regionally, west > east central, an overall roughly decreasing trend perimeter center; provincially, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hainan basically achieve validity. (2) Each city's enthusiastic association. number dynamic local structures increases, strong dependence regional synergy be further strengthened. leap matrix indicates that most have undergone transformation cohesion. This study focuses on improving environmental protection and facilitating coordinated economic social development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB). Examining progress of green 11 provinces cities within YREB. The Super SBM model GML index were utilized to assess efficiency these regions from 2008 2021. Additionally, spatial distribution, evolutionary trends, determinants explored through hot cold spot analysis, kernel density estimation, random forest RF method, Tobit model.Findings indicate that overall is relatively notable, with upstream downstream areas exhibiting higher compared midstream regions. Shanghai Zhejiang have emerged as frontrunners development. Analysis spots revealed are predominantly located Delta, while sub-cold extend upstream, forming concentrated contiguous reaches. Kernel densities show more efficient particular areas. In contrast, witnessed a decline this efficiency. Urban green spaces provide very important environmental and social services. Their dynamic changes are driven by a combination of natural socioeconomic factors. The effective utilization of urban land plays a significant role in achieving the 11th goal focuses on Sustainable cities and communities. China's national special economic parks (NSEP) have undergone remarkable process urbanization over past 40 years, for future development is becoming increasingly scarce. In this study, convolutional neural network with attention mechanisms was proposed extracting built-up area boundaries NSEP; Additionally, use efficiency (ULUE) estimated by combining multi-source nighttime light image statistical data from yearbooks. Furthermore, we integrate data-driven model predicting ULUE. empirical research involves comprehensive analysis spatial characteristics expansion using Taylor index analysis. This study reveals following findings: ① Convolutional Neural Networks based can achieve high-precision extraction Kappa value exceeding 0.92; ②There positive correlation between brightness imagery GDP secondary tertiary industries; ③ ULUE exhibits evident dependence scale; ④ density-nuclear density curve features peak gradually decreasing, which indicates continuous distribution range efficiency. framework aims to provide support scientific management sustainable while serving as reference policy formulation planning.
