:ObjectiveTo explore the mediating effect of social isolation between perceived support and type D personality in gastrointestinal cancer survivors based on WHITE heuristic cognitive-behavioral model emotion cognition theory.MethodsThe study utilized a convenience sampling method to recruit 183 who were undergoing chemoradiotherapy. SPSS 26.0 was used analyze correlation among isolation, support, Type personality. Additionally, SmartPLS 3.0 role relationships personality.ResultsThe found that scored 60.58±10.94 for 36.25±4.71 26.26±5.84 We discovered has negative with (r=-0.593, -0.396, both P<0.001), while positively correlated (r=0.564, P<0.001). The association partially mediated by (VAF=59.67%).ConclusionsThe is Clinical staff should prioritize evaluating these enhance potentially reduce prevalence traits.
