Background: Stroke is the leading cause of death and disability with a high global prevalence, including in Indonesia, which has second highest stroke mortality rate Asia. Self-management promising rehabilitation strategy to improve post-stroke patients' quality life (QoL) neurological function. However, results previous studies are still varied inconsistent. Purpose: To evaluate evidence from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) regarding effectiveness self-management programs enhancing function among patients, provide evidence-based recommendations for clinical practice Methods: The systematic review screened RCT PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, ClinicalKey databases published last 5 years. inclusion criteria based on principle PICOS, interventions programs, QoL outcomes, functions—quality assessment using CASP Checklist RCTs. Results: Of 2020 articles identified, 11 3,892 participants met criteria. used varied, telerehabilitation, physical exercise, personalized music, multifaceted interventions. duration program ranges 3 52 weeks. Most showed significant improvements patients. Conclusion: effective improving affected by type intervention duration. These findings support implementation rehabilitation.
