Purpose Drawing on job demands-resources theory, this paper aims to investigate the impact of workplace spirituality mindfulness and subsequent effects open innovation mindset embeddedness. This study used a quantitative approach with cross sectional design. The aim was to explore the relationship between quality of social relationships, emotional intelligence, and work environment psychological well-being. A total 145 respondents who actively worked from various sectors or industries were selected through purposive sampling method. research instrument questionnaire five Likert scales 1-5. Data collection will be conducted December 15, 2023 January 2024. data analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) help AMOS software. Abstract Purpose According to the Workplace Health Reports 2023, around 76% of employees worldwide have experienced moderate-to-high stress levels. Around 26% Indians are stressed due their current work environment with long working hours, lack job security, low wages, and growing competition. It is often believed that teaching an extremely difficult job, in particular, academic staff experience a lot several stressors. Emotional intelligence set non-cognitive abilities, effectively handle environmental demands stresses. The investigation seeks project effect psychological capital as mediator linking emotional (EI) occupational faculties Chennai City.
