Graphene foam prepared by chemical vapor deposition method is a promising thermal interfacial material. However, the properties of graphene highly depend on experimental fabrication conditions during process. Aiming to reveal how prepare appropriate for various management scenarios, influence investigated. Furthermore, contribution conductivity and radiation effective coefficient carried out comparison. Research results show that, porosity cross-section shape struts growth template are two critical factors affect transport foam, especially with increase temperature. In addition, time determines wall thickness affects directly. The contributes more than when temperature climbs continuously. Comparatively, composite high circular much superior others at research findings can provide important guidance its applications in field management.
